i noticed that just about everyone in my team (when doing the final report for Perkins) don't really use their commas correctly. they either added extra commas, left them out, or put them in in place of semi-colons. fictional examples: "A large amount of analysis, relevant to the defect is included in the appendices." or "However many defects were not found at the second area." and many other examples...

and secondly, i noticed that everyone some people really like to capitalise unimportant things... so although the subtitle is capitalised, it would trickle into the rest of the report... "It was found that the Cost of Our Recommended Improvements is..." arg...

is it just me? or do you not find that annoying? ... ... OK. i feel i should stop griping.
